Opened in 2007, here at T.A.G. Automotive, it's strictly business with the personal touch. That means that we get it done, and done right, period. Highly recommend TAG Auto! We have used them multiple times for car repair services. Our personal experience has been amazing. Excellent customer service, reasonably priced, very knowledgeable, quality workmanship, and they go the extra mile in helping their customers. Brad and Joey always take time to explain, answer questions etc. We have never felt rushed and felt like they cared about making sure they exceeded expectations-which they always do! Joey even fixed an issue with a rattle under our hood which two other car places could not diagnose nor repair. We were so pleased. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed car repairs. Family oriented, local, quality service and friendly people. They will continue to have our business! TAG Automotive has been great to me for 4 years now. They've worked on my car and my family's cars. Even though we live further in Kenly now, I still prefer to drive out to them than go to the pretty good shop in my own town. I can't sing their praises enough!
